Why do perfumes smell different on different people?
Your own body chemistry affects how different notes react on your skin. Anything that affects the "natural" smell of your skin, such as stress, hormonal changes, your current diet or medications, might change how a perfume smells on you.
What is the Best Way to Preserve Perfumes?
Our recommendation is simply to keep them away from bathroom like excessive humidity environments and from direct sunlight. The best you simply can, would be to keep your fragrances in the most frequently air-conditioned room and store them in dark cabinets or drawers. This way, the alcohol based fragrances will be in very good shape for at least 3 years.

What is the difference between EDT and EDP?
The strength of a fragrance is dependent on the amount of perfume oil that is used. Perfume oil is mixed with alcohol to create the intensity of a perfume ; the more oil, the stronger the scent and the longer it will last.
Understanding the difference between these strengths can help you choose the right perfume.
Eau De Toilette is the lighter of the two, usually including between 5-15% of essential perfume oil.
Eau De Parfum usually has around 10-20% perfume oil and so is a much stronger blend.
For even lighter options, look for Eau De Cologne which uses around 2-4% of oil, or Eau Fraiche which is the lightest at 1-3%.
How Long Fragrances Last on Skin?
High quallity Eau De Parfum blends are supposed to last at least 6 hours on the skin. But this should be considered as a very rough rule of thumb because many factors affect longevity:
Skin Type (oily skins tend to capture the fragrance for longer); Place of Application (fragrance lasts longer on textile and hair then on skin); Fragrance Formulation (fresh notes like bergamot and citrus last less then woody and musky notes); Layering (Application of a compatible lotion or cream beneath may enhance fragrance longevity); Use (outdoor use diminishes the longevity).
I can’t smell my own fragrance after a while. Is it normal?
Well don’t worry, humans become insensitive after a while to the particular scent it is constantly exposed to.
What are the Main types of Notes?
Major types Notes are Floral, Oriental, Fresh and Woody.
Why does fragrance contain alcohol?
Alcohol makes the fragrance emanate from your skin and brings out the notes. It helps keep the ingredients blended together, and as it evaporates it lifts the scents into the air. Without alcohol, you would be the only person who knew you were wearing any fragrance at all.
