Our orders are shipped from Miami, Florida.

All orders are ship with UPS (there are some exceptions that can be with USPS.)

Shipping costs depend on the zip code and the weight of the product or you can get Economy Free Shipping on orders over $140.

As a security measure to ensure the safe and confirmed delivery of high-value items, your order, valued at over $500, will be shipped with Signature Confirmation Requirement. 

All our orders are normally processed and shipped the same day if order was placed before 12 pm or at most the next day after receiving the payment.

Average shipping time : within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the service selected. The delivery date is set at the time of pick up according to the distance the package is traveling.

As the seller, we are responsible for ensuring the package reaches the carrier's possession. However, once the tracking information shows that the package has been successfully delivered to the customer's provided address, The Collection Perfumes assumes "no responsibility" for lost or stolen shipments. The customer is responsible for providing a secure delivery location. We recommend that customers who have experienced package theft file a report with their local police department and contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
